MANAGING DIRECTOR
Our director, Glenn Turnbull, brings over 43 years of experience in commercial construction, spanning civil infrastructure to shopfitting. Starting as a carpentry apprentice, Glenn worked his way up with tier-one builders in Australia and overseas, becoming a qualified open-class builder before founding Infraco 24 years ago.
Under Glenn’s leadership, Infraco has earned a strong reputation for solving outside-the-box challenges for loyal corporate clients. His commitment to clear communication has built client relationships lasting over 25 years—a point of personal pride for Glenn.
GENERAL MANAGER
Mark was handpicked to join the Infraco team due to his outstanding reputation on the Sunshine Coast as a fair and approachable Construction Manager. He has an excellent record of delivering quality projects, on time, on budget and to the high satisfaction of his clients and contractors. Mark’s innovation and dedication have been key to expanding the Fabrication and Powder Coating divisions and driving the company’s growth.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Toni is a quality-driven construction professional with 20 years of experience, including over 10 years in leadership roles. He has worked with award-winning Australian builders, providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and oversight for residential and commercial projects. A respected leader, Toni excels at building and managing high-performing teams of supervisors, project managers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
POWDER COAT MANAGER
Todd leads Infraco’s Powder Coating and Abrasive Blasting Division, Inpact Powder Coating, with over 25 years of experience managing production and manufacturing operations in Australia and Canada. He has held senior roles in various industries, including forestry, food manufacturing, and civil construction. Todd’s expertise ensures the team delivers high-quality products efficiently and safely to all Impact customers.
Our management team lead the way in overseeing 60+ staff across Infraco, Inpact, and Infab. They ensure all aspects of our operations are seamlessly coordinated as we continue to expand and take on new projects.
